Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your Bad Ass Teasers purchase. This policy applies to purchases made directly through Badassteasers.com. For purchases from another retailer, contact that retailer first; any applicable manufacturer warranty and legal rights remain available.

Unused returns within 30 days

Request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery by emailing Badassteasers@gmail.com with your order number, the items you want to return, and the reason. For a change-of-mind return, products must be unused, unmodified, and in their original saleable condition with included accessories and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to send a return

Contact us before mailing an item. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Send the approved return within 14 calendar days after receiving authorization. Package it securely and use a trackable shipping service. Do not send products to a payment provider or to an address on the parcel without confirming our return instructions.

Return shipping costs

For change-of-mind returns, you pay return shipping. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded unless required by law. We do not charge a restocking fee. If we sent the wrong item, the product arrived damaged, or it is defective, we will cover reasonable necessary return shipping or provide a prepaid label.

Damaged incorrect or defective items

Inspect your order on arrival and contact Badassteasers@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible if there is a problem. Include the order number, a description, and photos if available, and retain the packaging where practical. We will work with you on an appropriate replacement or refund, subject to your legal rights. The 30-day unused-return limit does not shorten applicable rights relating to defects or other legally required remedies.

Items excluded from change of mind returns

Used products and products damaged by misuse, modification, improper rigging, or ordinary wear are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Custom or personalized items are excluded only if the nonreturnable status was clearly disclosed before purchase. These exclusions do not apply to defects, incorrect items, shipping damage, or other rights required by law. Catch results alone are not a product defect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds include the returned product price actually paid and applicable refundable tax, subject to the shipping terms above. We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after inspection, or sooner if required by law. Your payment provider may need additional time to post it. If a return is declined, we will explain the reason and discuss next steps before disposing of or reshipping the item.

Exchanges cancellations and missing deliveries

For an exchange, contact us to confirm stock and instructions. Request cancellations as soon as possible; shipped orders follow the return process. If tracking shows a delivery you did not receive, contact us promptly so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate resolution. This policy does not waive any rights under applicable consumer law.
