These terms govern use of Badassteasers.com and purchases from Bad Ass Teasers. Please review these terms before purchasing. Our Privacy Policy describes our data practices, and our Return and Refund Policy explains returns.

Orders and payments

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement and provide accurate order and payment information. Prices, currency, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown before checkout. An order receipt confirms we received your request; acceptance occurs when we confirm shipment. We may decline orders because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, or an obvious listing error. If we cancel a paid order, we will promptly refund it. We will not charge an increased price without your agreement.

Products and fishing results

We aim to describe products accurately. Colors may appear different on different screens, and any material specifications or variations will be described in the product listing. Fishing results depend on conditions, technique, and other factors; no particular catch or result is guaranteed. This does not limit any express product description, warranty, or rights provided by law.

Safe use

Our products are fishing equipment, not toys. Inspect products, rigging, and attachment points before every use and stop using damaged equipment. Keep gear away from children and handle hooks, lines, and hardware carefully. Follow product instructions, safe boating practices, and applicable fishing regulations. Use equipment only for its intended purpose.

Shipping and delivery

Available destinations, shipping charges, and any stated processing or shipment times are displayed before purchase. Transit estimates are separate from shipment commitments. If no shipment time is stated, we expect to ship within 30 days. If we cannot meet the stated shipment time, or 30 days when none is stated, we will notify you, give a revised date, and offer cancellation with a full refund. We will obtain consent to delay when required by law. Contact us about missing or damaged shipments so we can investigate with the carrier; carrier delays do not remove your legal rights.

Cancellations and returns

Contact Badassteasers@gmail.com promptly to request cancellation. If an order has shipped, our Return and Refund Policy applies. Any customized order cancellation restriction must be disclosed before purchase. Statutory refund rights and our obligations for defective, incorrect, or undelivered goods still apply.

Website content and permitted use

Our original photographs, text, logos, and other content belong to us or our licensors. You may use the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce our content commercially without permission, submit fraudulent orders, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the site. Third party websites have their own terms and privacy practices.

Responsibility and updates

Each party remains responsible to the extent provided by applicable law. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, limits mandatory consumer rights, or overrides an express warranty. Updated terms apply prospectively; the terms in effect when you order govern that purchase unless we both agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
